Terms and Conditions
By participating in the Great American Scramble, I agree to release and hold harmless participating professionals, host golf course facilities, the Great American Scramble and Great American Golf, LLC from any and all decisions and representations made in accordance with the conduct of the competition.
I understand that the prize purse may change at any time due to the fact that the amount of prize money is contingent upon the number of participants and sponsorship participation in the Great American Scramble.
I understand that the Great American Scramble may also adjust the dates, times, or venues at its discretion and in the best interest of the competition.
I agree to abide by the rules and regulations set forth by the Great American Scramble and the host golf facilities at all times.
I understand that there will be no refunds if a team is disqualified for any reason at any stage of the competition. In other instances refunds will be made on a case by case basis. In the event a refund is made, there will be a $10 administration fee at the local level and a $20 administration fee at the national level due to credit card processing fees and other fixed costs. Within 48 hours of the competition, no refunds will be made to that individual.
I agree to abide by the tournament committee’s decisions at all times and in all stages of the competition.
